朝代和皇帝

1）朝代格式为：the Qing Dynasty 朝代前面一定要有the

一般dynasty首字母大写。

但复数的时候小写，例如the Ming and Qing dynasties

2）常见的皇帝乾隆、雍正、康熙等是年号，不是名字，所以表达为the Qianlong Emperor的形式，有the，且年号放emperor前面。

3）不是年号的情况下如：

唐太宗：Emperor Taizong of Tang或Emperor Taizong of theTang Dynasty

汉武帝：Emperor Wu of Han或Emperor Wu of the HanDynasty

emperor放在前面时，不用the

in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty

in the Kangxi era ofthe Qing Dynasty

in the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty

in the Kangxi Emperor’s reign of the Qing Dynasty

in Emperor Taizong’s reign of the Tang Dynasty

in the Ming and Qing dynasties

during the Spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period
